The full version of Photoshop has more editing capabilities than Photoshop Elements, like text on a path, curves, layermasks etc. But it also has a steaper learning curve. For digital scrapbooking you really don’t need something this expensive, but if you can afford it and want to have all it’s fancy features, go ahead and buy it! Regular price is $699.00 USD.

Paint Shop Pro X3

Corel’s Paint Shop Pro X3 is another digital scrapbooking software, but you can also do a lot of other things with this popular photo editing program. I’m not familiar with this program myself, but I know a lot of scrappers use it and love it.

This bundle includes Photo Editor 8 and Photo Manager 12. Photo Editor 12 has a lot of capabilities and works great for digital scrapbooking. It has a text on a path feature and also supports shadows
