ACDSee Photo Editor 2008Photo Editor has a lot of capabilities and works great for digital scrapbooking. It has a text on a path feature and also supports shadows on its own layer. And I have been told that it is easy to learn. Photo Editor also include some great templates from Vicki Stegall and Andrea Gold. And very affordable too, only $49.99 USD. Windows only:-(. iScrapbook 2iScrapbook 2 is actually pretty good if you want a program that is super-easy to use. You don't have the all the possibilitys that you have with Photoshop Elements or the other programs already mentioned.
